Abstract

|
Hepatic Hemangioma are probably the most common of all liver tumor. They are quite benign and give rise to minimal symptom, but giant cavernous hemangioma with symptomatic lesion, thromocytopenia(Kasabach-Merritt syndrome), the ideal treatment is
complete resetion of the lesion. Selection of the particular surgical technique for resection require consideration of the size of the lesion, the anatomic location and the experience of surgeon. We tried preoperative therapeutic embolization 4
times
and performed successful extended Rt, lobectomy using cell saver, and presents the case with the brief review of the literature.
